Order Verification
To prevent fraud, some orders may be subject to additional verification. This may include:

If we are unable to verify the legitimacy of an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund.
Payment Security

Address Mismatch / High-Risk Orders

- Orders shipping to freight forwarders or PO boxes may be held for additional verification.
Chargeback Policy
Fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first:
- We will provide the payment processor and issuing bank with full proof of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and all communications.
- Repeated attempts may result in the banning of your account and further legal action.
Return Abuse & Fake Claims
- All returns must be pre-approved and follow our Return Policy.
- Customers attempting to return used, damaged, or substituted products under false claims will be flagged and denied further transactions.
- Any fraudulent return claims (e.g., sending empty boxes or used items) will be documented and reported to authorities or financial institutions if necessary.
Multiple Account Abuse
Customers found using multiple accounts to bypass limits, discount rules, or policy restrictions will have their orders cancelled and accounts banned.
Our Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that raises concern or suspicion of fraudulent activity, return abuse, or policy manipulation.
