Please do not return any item without authorization from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, MaxCare Shop may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the issue was caused by our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping may be covered by MaxCare Shop

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

Return Method

Approved returns must be sent back by mail using the return instructions provided by our support team.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.

Delivered Packages

MaxCare Shop is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please:

  • Contact your local post office
  • Contact UPS or the shipping carrier
  • Submit a carrier claim if necessary

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds, replacements, or return requests that appear:
