Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may begin processing on the next business day.
During promotional periods, holidays, or high-order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout depending on your location and carrier availability.
Please note that all shipping and delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
UPS Shipping Services
MaxCare Shop currently ships using UPS services, including:
- UPS Economy
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS 3 Day Select
Available shipping methods may vary depending on the shipping destination and order eligibility.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Customers can track their orders anytime through our Track Order page:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
MaxCare Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, MaxCare Shop is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Contact UPS or the shipping carrier directly
- Contact your local post office
- File a carrier claim if necessary
MaxCare Shop is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to eligible orders and are automatically applied at checkout.
Incorrect, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, MaxCare Shop reserves the right to deduct any applicable shipping or return fees from the refund amount.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.
MaxCare Shop reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment use.
